Written for a senior leadership audience, the document ties KM investment directly to measurable ROI, employee lifecycle outcomes, and AI readiness, and proposes an 18-month phased implementation roadmap with defined KPIs.

USER GUIDE
CommuterGo Plan User Guide
A comprehensive end-to-end user guide covering the full (fictional) CommuterGo Plan experience, from administrator portal configuration and monthly order processing to the consumer-facing ordering workflow and error resolution. Demonstrates the ability to write for multiple audiences within a single document, shifting register between technical administrators, employers, and end-user consumers.
