I've been drawn to the power of effective communication since I was a child, when I was first pulled so completely into a book that I lost track of time. Language shapes our world and everything in it. Words connect us, drive discovery, and make everything from scientific breakthroughs to declarations of love possible. That conviction has guided every turn of my career.
I'm a knowledge management and content strategy professional with a background that spans legal practice, agency copywriting, and senior product roles in enterprise technology. That breadth isn't incidental - the precision of legal analysis, the clarity required in persuasive writing, and the systems thinking demanded by large-scale content operations all converge in the work I do today.Currently, I lead knowledge and AI content strategy at a global fintech company, where I build and scale content programs used by thousands of employees and numerous AI products.
I believe we're at an inflection point where the quality of an organization's knowledge infrastructure will determine how well and how safely it can use AI.
